Beware mademoiselles! Fall has arrived and with it, a new makeup colour palette! We’re talking bolder, edgier looks with darker lipsticks and eyeshadows.

Today I share with you the colours you’ll be seeing a lot of throughout the next months (at least, on my face!)

Lipstick

VAMPIRA & DOUBLE DARE FROM KAT VON D, CRIMSON NOIR FROM TOM FORD (similar)

Daytime nudes get darker and reds and burgundies take a leading position at night. My personal obsession this season are matte lipsticks. They usually have a better pigmentation and lasting power (plus… How cool do they look? Kylie Jenner got it right!). A special mention to the Tom Ford Crimson Noir lipstick, which not only is the most buttery and pigmented but also happens to be the perfect red!

Eyeshadow

JEST, ALL THAT GLITTERS, AMBER LIGHTS, COPPERING, EXPENSIVE PINK, CRANBERRY AND ANTIQUED: FROM MAC

As the leaves turn yellow, orange and brown, so do my eyeshadows. I love wearing terracotta colours, copper shades and golden hues. The common denominator? The warmer, the better. And to all blue eyed babes over there, you must try Expensive Pink by Mac! Its iridescent golden glow just works wonders.

Blush

FRANTIC PINK FROM TOM FORD

When wearing bold lipsticks and eyeshadows, I prefer to even out the look with a more natural-looking blush. This one from Tom Ford is my all year round go-to blush. With its tiny gold sparkles, it gives the most beautiful healthy glow.

Dark lips are still something that scare me! So, I tend to opt for the darker fall tones on my cheeks.
